Your Athar service is activated the first time you scan the product's QR code and remains active for 14 days from the activation date.

Yes. You can renew your subscription at any time through the My Subscriptions section in your Athar account to restore access to your content.

Once your subscription expires, the interactive Athar experience will become inactive, while your physical product remains exactly the same. We'll notify you before your subscription ends and provide a simple option to renew it.

No. After the initial activation, your subscription renews automatically to keep your Athar experience uninterrupted. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time.

After your subscription expires, we retain your digital content for a limited time, giving you the opportunity to renew your subscription. If it isn't renewed within that period, all associated data and content are permanently deleted from Athar's systems, ensuring your privacy and preventing your personal content from being stored longer than necessary.

Simply scan your QR code to open the Athar Camera. Then point your camera at the photo linked to your Athar experience, and the associated digital content will appear directly on top of the photo through augmented reality. ( Note: You'll also have the option to download the Athar app directly from the Athar Camera page. )

No. You only need to scan your QR code once to set up your Athar experience. After that, you can access your content directly through the Athar app without scanning the QR code again.

No. You can enjoy the Athar experience without downloading the app. However, using the Athar app provides a smoother experience by letting you access your digital content directly, without needing to scan the QR code each time.

If your content isn't displaying properly, please try the following: 1- Make sure you're in a well-lit environment and that your camera lens is clean before scanning the product's QR code. 2- If you're using the Athar app, go to Settings and clear the saved content, then scan the QR code again. 3- If the issue persists, contact our support team and we'll be happy to assist you as quickly as possible.

Yes. Athar works on most modern iPhone and Android devices that support augmented reality, whether you access the experience through your browser or the Athar app.

Yes. Simply share the QR code and the associated photo with anyone you'd like, allowing them to enjoy the same interactive experience and view the memory as well.

You can upload images in common formats such as JPG and PNG, with suitable quality for printing.
