Return and Exchange Policy

Full transparency and protection of your rights while respecting the nature of customized products.

At Athar, we are committed to delivering a refined experience and high-quality craftsmanship in every order. As our products are custom-made and prepared specifically for each client, this policy has been designed to balance service quality with customer rights.

First: Nature of Customized Products

All Athar products are created and prepared based on individual customer requests, including:

  • Customized magnetic photos.
  • Digital content linked to the Augmented Reality experience (video or audio).
Note: Due to the personalized nature of these products, returns or exchanges are not accepted once the order has been executed, except in the cases outlined below.

Second: Non-Eligible Cases for Return or Exchange

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after order confirmation or after production has started.
  • Errors in image or content selection made by the customer.
  • Requests to modify content after printing or order preparation.
  • Minor color variations resulting from differences in screen displays.
Note: All orders are produced exactly as previewed and approved by the customer.

Third: Eligible Cases for Return or Exchange

Customers are entitled to request a replacement or re-production only in the following cases:

  • A printing error caused by Athar.
  • The product arrives damaged or not as ordered.
  • The Augmented Reality experience does not function due to a technical issue on our end.
Note: In these cases, Athar assumes full responsibility for resolving the issue.

Fourth: Conditions for Submitting a Return or Exchange Request

    Conditions:
  • The request must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue must be provided.
  • The product must remain in its original condition without use or alteration.

Once reviewed, Athar will proceed with one of the following:

  • Re-producing the order.
  • Replacing the product.
  • Offering an appropriate solution based on the nature of the issue.

Fifth: Refunds (If Applicable)

  • Cash refunds are not available for customized orders.
If re-production is not technically possible due to an issue on our end, Athar may:
  • Issue a full or partial refund, or
  • Provide store credit, at Athar’s discretion.

Sixth: Shipping & Delivery

  • Athar is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.
  • If an order arrives damaged due to shipping, the case will be handled after verification and coordination with the delivery company.

Seventh: Exceptional Flexibility

In exceptional cases, Athar reserves the right to offer special solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. Such actions do not constitute a general obligation or a precedent for future cases.
