The subscription is linked exclusively to the purchased product and cannot be transferred to another product.
The subscription period begins upon activation of the service (following the first scan of the product's QR code).
If the subscription expires and is not renewed, access to the digital content associated with the product will be suspended.
If the subscription expires and is not renewed, ATHAR may retain the digital content associated with the product for a limited period to allow the customer an opportunity to renew the service. Once this period has elapsed, all associated content and data will be permanently deleted from ATHAR's systems. This ensures that personal materials are not retained beyond operational necessity and reflects ATHAR's commitment to protecting customer privacy.
Customers may renew their subscription based on the plans and pricing available at the time of renewal.

The subscription grants the customer the right to use the platform throughout the active subscription period.
⁠During an active subscription, customers may add, edit, and delete content at any time and without limitation, subject to the allowances and limits of their selected plan.
The subscription period begins upon successful payment and activation.
Available features, limits, and allowances vary depending on the subscribed plan.
If the subscription expires and is not renewed, access to the service will be suspended.
If the subscription expires and is not renewed, ATHAR may retain the account's associated content and data for a period determined in accordance with its operational policies, providing the customer with an opportunity to renew the subscription. Following the expiration of this period, ATHAR reserves the right to permanently delete all associated content and data without prior notice. ATHAR does not guarantee the recovery of any content once it has been deleted.
ATHAR reserves the right to modify subscription plans, features, or pricing at any time. Any such changes will apply only to future renewal periods.
Customers are solely responsible for all materials, files, and content uploaded, stored, or used through the platform.
ATHAR reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts if the service is used in violation of applicable laws, intellectual property rights, or these Terms and Conditions.
