• All orders are confirmed after payment is completed
• Displayed prices include the cost of the service only (unless stated otherwise)
• "Athar" is not responsible for any errors resulting from incorrect data entry by the customer

Since "Athar" products are customized:

• The order cannot be modified after confirmation
• Images or content cannot be changed after execution has begun

• The subscription is tied to the product and cannot be transferred
• The subscription period begins from the activation date
• If the subscription expires and is not renewed, the digital content associated with the product will be disabled

"Athar" is not responsible for:

• Misuse of the product or service
• Technical issues arising from the customer's devices
• Temporary suspension resulting from technical circumstances beyond control (force majeure)

All rights related to:

• "Athar" name
• Identity
• System
• Augmented reality experience

"Athar" has the right to suspend or terminate the service in the event of:

• Violation of terms
• Misuse
• Provision of illegal or unethical content
