Return and Exchange Policy

At "Athar", we are keen to provide a great shopping experience, but if you are not completely satisfied with your order or encounter any problem, here is how you can request a return or exchange to ensure quality of service and preserve the customer's right.

First: Nature of Customized Products

All "Athar" products are manufactured and prepared based on the customer's request, and include:

  • Customized photos and videos.
  • Unique digital content (Augmented Reality video or voice recording).
Because of this customization, orders cannot be returned or exchanged after activation except in cases described below.

Second: Cases Not Covered by Return or Exchange

Return or exchange cannot be performed in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after order confirmation or receipt of mark.
  • Error in choosing the photo or content by the customer.
  • Desire to modify the content after printing or manufacturing the order.
  • Small difference in colors resulting from different display screens.
Note: The order is photographed to ensure its quality and shape and approved by the customer.

Third: Cases in Which the Customer Has the Right to Return or Exchange

The customer has the right to request exchange or return of the order value in the following cases only:

  • 存在 Printing error resulting from "Athar" team.
  • Arrival of product in damaged condition or not matching the order.
  • AR experience not working due to technical failure on our part.
Note: In these cases, "Athar" team bears full responsibility for correcting the problem.

Fourth: Conditions for Submitting a Return or Exchange Request

  • The "Athar" team must be notified within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  • Attach a clear photo or video illustrating the problem.
  • The product must be in its original condition without use or damage.

After reviewing the request, it will be:

  • Reproducing the order for free.
  • Exchanging it.
  • Returning to what is most appropriate according to the type for customer satisfaction.

Fifth: Refund (If Any)

  • In case refund is approved (for a technical reason on our part), it will be:
  • Transferring the amount to the original account.
  • Or providing alternative credit as the "Athar" team deems appropriate for the case.
Note: This does not include customized products.

Sixth: Shipping and Delivery

  • "Athar" is not responsible for delay resulting from the shipping company.
  • In case product arrives late for a technical reason, the case is handled in a way that gives the customer the fastest solution and coordination with the delivery company.

Seventh: Exceptional Flexibility

In exceptional cases, "Athar" team preserves the customer's right and supports them, without this being considered a general or binding commitment in future cases.
